the resort offered complimentary breakfast with many tasty options. the staff members were friendly and provided excellent service. the hotel was very clean, and the beds were comfortable (i slept like a log!). the location was quiet, and this gave me a lot of space to relax.

our duplex suite featured a well-equipped kitchen, a sitting area, and en-suite rooms. the private pool allowed for some quality family time. the massive sliding doors allowed me to fully open the room and enjoy the outside.

the restaurant is beautifully situated, overlooking the sea. we had many options, and all meals were lovely. the restaurant definitely ranks among the best hotel restaurants i have eaten in, the choice of food is excellent.

the hotel provides a pick-up service to and from the airport. the hotel is close to fisherman's village, about a 10-15 minute walk down the beach (pleasant walk!). it is a short taxi ride away from chaweng beach.

I found the room and pool area beautifully designed. it gave a real feeling of tranquility, and the outdoor path from the room to the pool and beach was enjoyable. it seemed like i had my own private villa. the staff was very cute. The owner was also friendly when i spoke to her. the live music was beautiful and relaxing. the food was fantastic. i also liked the complimentary coconuts on arrival.
the water from the taps had an unpleasant smell. this kept me from filling the bath.

the hotel had a quiet stretch of coastline set back from the main road. it was close to the airport and local attractions, such as the fisherman's market. the location provided a balance of accessibility and tranquility.

the hotel is beautiful and nicely done.
i hate to agree with previous comments about large french groups, but unfortunately it feels like you're invading someone else's party most of the time. we arrived here for four nights for our honeymoon and didn't get a romantic, relaxed feel very much at all. the wait staff were lovely but we didn't feel welcomed by the actual owners at all, they were quite rude and abrupt.

The hotel staff was very kind and professional. The place design is beautiful. Villas looked excellent. The private pool was a very nice feature. Housekeeping did a wonderful job daily. Staff accommodated requests for more towels promptly. I also liked the spacious sink area in my room.
The access road made walking inconvenient, and the beach condition was not ideal. This detracted a little from enjoying the natural surroundings. I found this a slight problem .

The layout of the rooms and pool area created a real sense of calm. the outdoor path connecting the rooms to the pool and beach felt private. the sunbeds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and cute. i especially enjoyed the happy hour and the live music. The food was also fantastic.

i loved the peaceful vibe of this boutique hotel. the helpful and polite staff ensured cleanliness remained at a very high level. the locally. we enjoyed the onsite pilates classes every morning.
the minibar items were not adequately chilled. the temperature seemed more suited for the room, not for beverages. i found this a bit inconvenient. it would improve the experience significantly to have consistently cold drinks available.
